If you're looking to manage your RV sites, tent sites, cabins, or other site types in your Park dashboard, this guide will walk you through how to add new sites, edit existing ones, delete unwanted sites, and reorder your site list and camping styles.
🚪 Where to Manage Your Sites
- Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard.
- Click on Sites from the list on the left.
- Here, you’ll see your Camping Styles (like RV Sites, Tent Sites, Cabins) and the individual sites within each style.
✏️ How to Edit an Existing Site
- Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the site you want to edit.
- A settings card will open where you can update:
- Site name
- Whether it’s bookable online or not
- Capacity, electricity, features, and amenities
- Site-specific rates and policies
- Site notes and photos
- Calendar sync settings
- After making your changes, click Save.

➕ How to Add a New Site
- In the Sites tab, locate an existing site that’s similar to the new one you want to create.
- Click the Duplicate button (next to the pencil icon).
- The system will create a new site with the same settings. It will be named something like
Site 9 Copy.
- Rename the site and update any necessary settings.
- Click Save to finish.
🧠 Tip: Duplicating saves time by copying site features, rates, and rules into your new site!
🔀 How to Rearrange Sites
Want to change the order your sites appear in your dashboard?
- Click and hold the four-line icon next to a site.
- Drag it to your desired position within the camping style list.
- A prompt will appear saying you have unsaved changes.
- Click the green Save button to confirm the new order.
🗂 How to Reorder Camping Styles (e.g., RV Sites, Cabins)
- Collapse the camping styles by clicking the down arrow next to the camping style name for easier viewing.
- Click and hold the four-line icon next to a camping style.
- Move it above or below other styles.
- Click Save to finalize the changes.
🧭 Example: Want RV Sites to appear above Cabins? Just drag RV Sites above Cabins and hit Save!
🗑 How to Delete a Site
- Click the red Delete button next to the site.
- You’ll be prompted to type the site name to confirm deletion.
- After confirming, click Delete to remove the site permanently.
⚠️ Note: This action cannot be undone. Be sure before deleting a site!
✅ Final Check: See Your Changes in Reservations
Once you’ve added, removed, or rearranged your sites, you can go to the Reservations tab to see everything updated—just as it appears in your Settings.
