Campers can easily book a site at your campground directly from your website using our branded online booking interface. Here's a breakdown of how it works and what you can customize.
1. Your Custom-Branded Booking Page
Your booking interface will match your campground's branding. This includes:
- Your campground name and logo
- Custom colors and themes
- Photos and bio of your campground
This page lives on your website and provides a seamless experience for your guests.
2. Choosing a Camping Style
Guests will first select the type of site they want to book:
- RV sites, tent camping, cabins, etc.
- If you only have one option, this step will be skipped to speed up the process.
3. Entering Guest Information
Before showing site options, you can collect relevant guest details such as:
- Number of adults, kids, and pets
- Rig type and length
This helps:
- Calculate additional fees
- Filter sites based on rig size for better matching
4. Site Selection (Optional)
Guests can select their preferred site from an interactive map:
- See available sites that match their rig
- View site features (e.g., hookups, shade)
Note: You can disable site selection for simplicity or more control (e.g., tent or dry camping). Let us know, and we can configure this for you.
5. Checkout and Custom Questions
Guests will complete their booking by filling out:
- Contact information
- Custom fields (e.g., license plate, dog breed)
Tip: Avoid asking too many questions to keep conversion rates high.
6. Rules and Legal Acknowledgements
Before completing the booking, campers must agree to your:
- Campground rules
- Any other policies (e.g., site not guaranteed, pet breed restrictions)
7. Add-Ons and Discounts
Campers can select additional items or apply discounts:
- Add-ons managed in your store settings
- Enter coupon codes for special promotions
8. Final Booking Summary
Campers will see a full breakdown:
- Line items including add-ons and discounts
- Our service fee
- Total amount to be charged
9. Confirmation and Follow-Up
After booking, campers will receive:
- Reservation confirmation and receipt
- Check-in and cancellation policies
- Access codes (gate, bathroom, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- A campground map and rules recap
For manual reservations or outstanding items, the guest portal will also display tasks like completing payment or signing policies.
