How to use To-do’s to manage daily operations

Learn how to manage and message your guests with the to-do’s page

The to-do’s page provides a central location to overview your check-ins, check-outs, and current guests, and gives you the option to send mass text or email messages. Watch the video below for an overview of how to use the to-do’s page.

 

Overview check-ins, check-outs, and current guests

The to-do’s page provides a summary of reservations for the current day, with customers split into check-ins, check-outs, and your current guests. Each customer’s entry includes a summary of relevant information, including their sites, reservation dates, payment status, and more.

Several action buttons are included with each entry in the to-do’s page, allowing you to easily check guests in or out, or accept payment for a reservation.

Print a guest list

By clicking the “print” button at the top of the page, you can print a physical summary of the information in to-do’s. Choose which category of guests you would like to print, and a printing dialogue will open.

Printed to-do’s lists are a helpful tool for camp hosts or other staff that may walk around to meet guests in-person. Each list includes a pair of checkboxes to help track guests as they are checked in or pay for their reservations.

Send a mass message

You can also use the to-do’s page to message many of your guests at once. Click “message guests” at the top-right of the page, and choose if you would like to message your check-ins, check-outs, or all of your current guests.

Once the message box opens, choose if you would like to send an email or text message, and the contact information from your guests will be filled in automatically. Fill in the subject and message fields, and choose if you would like to attach an invoice, reservation information, or a payment link to each message.

If you would like to message your long-term guests specifically, that can be done from the invoices tab.

View information for other dates

Using the date picker in the top-left, you can adjust which date you want to view guest information for. Use this feature to preview your check-ins for the next day, or jump to the past or future to message all of your guests for a specific date.
