Your Park account includes a built-in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool that helps you keep track of all your guests in one place. You can view guest details, manage their profiles, and even run marketing campaigns with your guest data!
This guide will walk you through how to use the Guest Management feature to stay organized and improve your guest experience.
Viewing Your Guest List
In the Guests section of your dashboard, you'll see a list of all your customers.
For each guest, you can quickly view:
- Contact information (name, phone number, email)
- Number of bookings
- Total amount spent
- Last stay date
This makes it easy to keep track of your most loyal guests or follow up with anyone.
Adding a New Guest Manually
If you have a guest who hasn’t made a reservation yet or created their profile online, you can add them manually:
- Go to the Guests tab.
- Click Add Guest.
- Enter their details and save.
This is helpful if you're setting up profiles for seasonal guests or keeping internal records.
Downloading a List of Guests (CSV Export)
You can export your entire guest list as a CSV file.
This is great for:
- Keeping offline records
- Uploading guest data to external tools like Mailchimp for email campaigns
To export:
- Go to the Guests tab.
- Click Download CSV.
- Save the file to your computer.
Managing Individual Guest Profiles
Clicking on a guest’s name opens their profile card, where you’ll find:
- Contact details
- Booking history
- Notes and account information
- Stored payment methods for quick future use
- Uploaded documents (like licenses, leases, etc.)
You can also:
- Edit guest information anytime (update their details, add notes, or adjust credits and memberships).
- Block a guest to prevent them from booking online in the future.
- Send messages directly to the guest from this screen.
- Delete a guest to remove them from your system entirely
- Track vehicles, passengers, and emergency contacts.
Viewing Guest Booking History
Each guest profile includes a History section, where you can:
- See a full list of their past stays
- Click into any previous reservation to view details or make changes
