How to text/email your campers, and send them a receipt & reservation details

  • Accessing Camper Details: Navigate to the reservation tab and locate the camper for whom you want to send an email. Click on their name to open their reservation details.
  • Opening "Message Camper" Window: Within the camper's reservation tab, find and click the "Send Message" button. This will open the "Message Camper" window.
  • Composing Your Message: In the "Message Camper" window, write the message you wish to send to the camper. This could include additional information, instructions, or greetings.
  • Including Invoice and/or Reservation Details: Check the boxes labeled "Include Invoice" to include a receipt for the reservation and "Include Reservation Details" to include a summary of their reservation.
  • Choose Email or Text:
    • Decide whether to send the message via email or text by clicking the corresponding button โ€“ "Email" or "Text."

  • Sending the message: Once your message is ready and you've selected the desired options, click the "Send" button to dispatch the message to the camper.
