Park offers multiple ways to send messages to your guests. Whether you want to communicate individually or in bulk, this guide walks through the available options—including how to attach receipts or reservation details and how to view your message history.
🗣️ Ways to Message Guests
Method #1 - From a Guest's Reservation
Steps:
- Navigate to the Reservation tab.
- Click on a guest's reservation (e.g., an online reservation).
- Scroll down to the Guest section.
- Click Send Message button above the guest card.
Options:
- Choose to send via Email or Text (Note: Text is one-way only).
- Include a text back number in the message body if needed.
- Use the checkbox to carbon copy yourself.
- Attach documents such as:
- Guest’s receipt
- Reservation info
Method #2 - From a Guest's Profile
Steps:
- Click on the Guests tab from the main menu.
- Locate and select the guest profile.
- Click the Message button at the top right.
Options:
The same as messaging through a reservation—email, text, CC yourself.
Method #3 - Bulk Messaging via the To-Do Page
Steps:
- Go to the To-Do tab.
- Select desired day from the date picker.
- In the upper-right corner, click Message Guests.
Available Filters:
- Guests checking in
- Guests checking out
- Recurring or long-term guests (e.g., monthly or seasonal stays)
- All current guests on-site
Options:
- Choose between Email or Text.
- Include a text-back number in the body (texts are one-way).
- Bulk messages appear as individual messages to recipients—other guest data remains private.
🗒️ Viewing Message History
Steps:
- Go to the Reservation tab and select a reservation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the reservation details.
- Under the History section, you can view a full changelog.
What You’ll See:
- Actions taken (e.g., edits, refunds, payments)
- Date, time, and user associated with each action
- Message history, including message content
✅ Summary
You can message guests from:
- Individual reservations
- Guest profiles
- The To-Do tab (bulk messaging)
And you can always verify your communication in the reservation’s history. This flexibility helps you stay connected with guests efficiently and professionally.
